Computer Vision Ltd trading as McNeill Consulting has been operating as a registered company since 1991 in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay. We are locally owned and operated and have worked extensively in the educational and business consultancy areas. We are experienced with non-profits, charitable trusts and new company startups. The Director, Roger McNeill is a social sciences honors graduate from Waikato University, has a postgraduate diploma in human resource management, and is a community mentor with Te Whakaritorito Trust. His main interests are new venture creation, workshop facilitation, Video Production and coaching mentoring work teams.
